  1. Australian Buyers
  • We despatch orders generally within 2 business days once the payment has been cleared.
  • We offer fast and secure shipping throughout Australia through reputed carriers like Australia post, Express Post, Couriers Please and others. Deliveries will be handled by the selected carrier during business hours and online tracking details will be shared.
  • Delivery times may differ for different locations according to the operations of the shipping agency. Buyers can check the status of their order via the tracking details.
  • A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery
  • Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
  • Please note that the freight companies are NOT affiliated with Yantra Auto Parts. Please refrain from leaving negative or neutral feedback regarding freight issues as we have no control of these companies’ operational procedures. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please do not hesitate to email us through the eBay messaging system and we will contact the couriers on your behalf to resolve the issue.
  • For express orders, item will be sent through express post however handling time will remain same.

Important: Please note that once the goods are signed for; the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the goods. If the goods show signs of transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the goods. Any claims made outside the 24 hours will be refused.

In circumstances, which are beyond our control like delay in supply chain caused due natural hazards or any other disaster, we may experience delay in despatch and deliveries. In such cases, buyers can contact us for a resolution.


Warranty and Returns

  • All products are sold under manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The cost of returning goods under warranty must be borne by the customer and must be pre-paid.
  • The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.
  • All products need to be fitted by professional mechanic.
  • Returns / Exchanges
    • We accept exchanges if –
      • A wrong item had been shipped
      • Item having manufacturing defects
      • Damaged item received
    • No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper examination of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
    • We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
    • To avail refund or replacement part, the original unused item must have been returned in original undamaged packaging with copy of invoice enclosed within 30 days form receipt of goods. Not providing proof of purchase may lead to delay in refunds and a restocking fee upto 20% may apply.
    • It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs or replacement items
    • As we are only stockists and not manufacturers of the products, any failed components may need to be assessed by the manufacturer and can take up to 30 days for a decision to be made.
  • Restocking fee of 20% shall be applicable for any change of mind returns OR incorrect purchases.
  • Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
  • Fitment Guarantee – we excel to serve our customers with correct parts for their vehicle. To avoid issues with fitment compatibility, we provide Fitment Guarantee to our esteemed buyers. If buyer supply us with vehicle details like Make, Model, Series, Engine Code, MFG Year and VIN # before purchase of item, we will make sure that correct part is sent. If the part supplied does not fit, it can be returned for a full refund & we will provide buyer with a free prepaid returns label. However, we are not liable to accept a return with full refund if proper information is not provided while purchasing the item.
  • We encourage buyers to check fitment compatibility in description section of the listing. Sometimes, eBay fitment compatibility table may not provide correct information about the application of the part.

  • If you send us a message on a holiday or after hours, we will respond you the next business day.



  • Please follow the ebay payment processing system and follow the instructions on site
  • Our stock levels can change anytime and if the ordered part runs out of stock we will contact you with options either for an expected delivery date or refund the full payment
  • Our orders are automatically processed to the warehouse and hence any change of mind / cancellations will need to follow the “Returns / refund policy” process.
